Unaccompanied baggage, used effects, and the inland leg
Unaccompanied baggage simply means your belongings travelling separately from you rather than as airline luggage. It is the normal arrangement and there is nothing unusual about it. What matters is that the relief on those goods is tied to your own arrival and residence, so the sequence of dates — when you fly, when the container sails, when it lands — is part of the planning rather than an afterthought.
The second phrase is used household effects. Relief applies to things you have owned and used; brand-new items bought specifically for the move sit outside it. The temptation to list a new sofa as old is understandable and it is a bad idea, because an inventory that does not match what is in the container is exactly what turns a routine clearance into an inspection.
